I AM the college and career group | news
How would you like to be the only person in the College and Career group at your church?
Many churches in Japan are so small that there is only one high school student in the whole church, or one university student etc. There are two Alliance churches near us – one has a College & Career group with a grand total of one person; the other has about five people. We plan to bring these two groups together for a Friday night small group in our apartment beginning in the next couple weeks. Pray that this would be an encouragement to the young people and pray that newcomers from outside the church would join as well.
August 2006 update >>> Since April, we have been hosting a Bible study for college and career aged adults. On average, four to six people have been attending. Only two of these consider themselves to be a Christian. We would still love to see more people come. Please pray that more would attend. Joel and Pauline Black
