The Japan Alliance Mission exits to

     plant Japanese churches which are committed to planting churches.
　

Jesus commanded us to "go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you." (Matthew 28:19-20; NIV)  The Japan Alliance Mission is dedicated to completing this great commission and believes that leading people to salvation in Christ and incorporating them into churches is an effective way to accomplish this mission.
